The making of the Peanut Butter Cups

Final Product

So on Sunday we decided to make some giant peanut butter cups, it was actually quite simple!

Ingredients:                                                 Essential Equipment:

Callebut Belgian chocolate                     Tiny Spatula

Peanut butter                                            Silicon Cupcake moulds

Step 1: Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips over boiling water.

Step 2:Using the tiny spatula layer the melted chocolate on the silicon cups approx. 3 times freezing between each layer.

Step 3: Put 1-2 TBSPs of Peanut butter in the chocolate cups and smooth the top with a soup spoon (dipped in boiling water and dried with a paper towel- it’s easier!)

Step 4:  Melt more chocolate for the top layer, let it cool but not harden before putting on top. Use a spoon to swirl the chocolate and sprinkle a tiny pinch of either salt or crushed peanuts to decorate.

Freeze for 20 minutes and then enjoy!
