Assembly

I was excited about this part because I had a new cake cutter that evilly layered cakes! It was amaze!

Split each cake into 2 layers.

Crush the wafers.

Place 1 layer of cake on your cake stand or plate, then put a spoon of frosting and spread evenly and sprinkle with wafers, put another cake layer on top and repeat the process until the cake is tacked together.

Cover the cake with the remaining frosting and decorate with the wafers, nuts and Ferrero Rocher.
