The altered chocolate biscuit rocky road
You may have seen my CBRR previously, at christmas in the form of a pudding and even before that again in one of my first posts! So recently I made it again and made a few changes. I actually ended up using 2 different types of chocolate also, Dr. Oekter chocolate chips and Callebaut chocolate. I think this new and improved recipe is fantastic! You’ve got to try it!
2 tbsp golden syrup
200g digestive biscuits
handful of mini marshmallows
Melt the margarine, syrup and chocolate.
Add the biscuits.
Leave to cool.
Add the maltesers, crunchy and mini marshmallows.
Pop into a square or rectangular tin and leave to set.
