4 simple ingredients is all it takes!
Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
handful or 2 of cornflakes
Method
Mix the peanut butter, sugar and egg together in a bowl.
Add the cornflakes.
Make little dough balls with mixture.
Flatten a little to make a cookie shape.
Put them onto a lined baking tray.
Pop into a preheated oven at 180ºC for 12-15 minutes.
When they are golden take them out and cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes.
Then transfer to wire rack to cool.
