This is super simple and can be made using only 1 pot and 1 bowl! Ideal if you’re after something quick, easy and hassle free!

1/4 cup butter
1 cup chocolate digestive biscuits
1 cup cream cheese ( I used a full 250g block)
1 tbsp icing sugar
3/4 cup Nutella
1.Whizz up the biscuits in the blender.
2. Melt butter.
3. Stir butter into biscuits and then divide into 4 jars/ ramekins.
1. In a bowl combine the cream cheese, Nutella and sift in the sugar.
2. Divide into 4 and top the biscuit bases.
3. Chill in fridge- ideally overnight but 4 ish hours will do!
If you’re in a hurry pop it in the freezer for an hour or 2!
If you have a handful hazelnuts throw them on top to garnish, otherwise a strawberry or raspberry will do!
