Marshmallow Brownies

So these were interesting brownies! The one piece of advice I have for making these  is DO NOT ADD THE MARSHMALLOWS UNTIL THE BROWNIES are cooked! If you put them in when going in the oven they will melt! Disaster! They’ll be too sweet too!

They are quick brownies, only take a few minutes! Walnuts and chocolate chips would’ve been a great addition but I didn’t have any!
Ingredients

1 cup caster sugar

1/3 cup 100% cocoa powder

1/2 cup plain cream flour

Pinch of salt

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup butter melted

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

Handful of marshmallows

Raspberries to serve

Method

Mix dry ingredients.

Melt butter.

Beat eggs and vanilla extract.

Add this to dry ingredients and mix well.

Add butter and mix again.

Add to a lined tray.

Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 20- 30 minutes.
Take out and check with a toothpick.

Squish marshmallows into the brownies.

Serve with raspberries!
